Dynamic Foam is an industry leader in sustainable materials and has developed the Real Recycled line of post-consumer recycled materials.
These are derived from a single-source recycling/repurposing program utilizing EVA film originally used to cover greenhouses.
The EVA film is melted down when it is no longer used. The melted EVA film is then extruded and pelletized to create the base material for the Real Recycled foam.
Most recycled foams lose integrity when recycled due to contamination, but because single-stream clean recycling is used, the Real Recycled foam is at the top of the industry in performance and longevity.
