SIMON FRYER
Director of Materials & Product Development
Simon has been recognized for having a holistic understanding of brands, business, partner relationships, product, supply chain, sales and marketing integration. With over fifteen years of experience creating, managing and delivering strategic process to support productivity, sustainability, innovation, he joins Dynamic Foam as the Product Operations Manager. After earning a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University, he worked in the climbing and mountain guiding industry which sparked his interest in product development for some of the most challenging outdoor environments. On his time off, you’ll find Simon skiing, climbing, mountain biking and chasing his two children around Steamboat.

KATIE O’HARA
Director of Account Management
Katie joined Dynamic Foam in 2015 and has since taken on multiple roles in the company including operations, marketing and key account management. Katie is responsible for bringing an array of systems and processes to the company, increasing efficiencies. She has also spearheaded branding and Marketing efforts for Dynamic Foam. She has a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Colorado State University. She was previously with an international wholesale company and has a diverse background in global logistics and operations, retail buying, sales and marketing.
BECCA CHEESEBRO
Accounting & Logistics Manager
Joining the team in 2020, Becca takes the role of Accounting & Logistics Manager. Earning a degree from Portland State University and coming to us from another outdoor industry company, she brings a wide range of experience to Dynamic Foam including, operations, analytics and inventory management.

ERIN VARGAS

An original member of DFP, Erin has been on board since the insoles were being locally shaped by hand out of a warehouse. This veteran experience has made her a fundamental part of growing and evolving the business. Erin’s love for playing in the outdoors has given her an understanding of the importance of supportive footwear. She earned her B.A in Business Management from Colorado State University and her financial background and expertise is essential to Dynamic Foam’s operations.

PETER DALEY
Owner & CEO
With over 30 years of experience in the footwear industry, Peter’s expertise and passion for outdoor sports led him to create DFP back in 1988. Born in Westfield, Massachusetts, Peter studied at Norwich University in Vermont and later at Northwood University. His subsequent work for Technicolor fostered the visual creativity that is continually being fed through shaping innovative footwear designs. His extensive knowledge of materials and the connection between the foot and the surfaces with which it comes into contact, drive the revolution that is Dynamic Foam.
DAVE BREDA
Owner
20+ years of domestic and international implementation experience throughout the technology industry, including electronics and semiconductors, consumer products, healthcare, telecommunications, and fitness industry segments. He has produced measurable results in manufacturing, S&OP, sourcing, NPI, prototype development, time-to-market cycle time, product costing, quote-to-cash, private equity turn around, product and platform strategy, product-line management, and organization design, and R&D productivity. Dave has a BS in Engineering from University of Colorado, and an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.
