  • Dynamic Foam is an industry leader in sustainable materials and has developed the Real Recycled line of post-consumer recycled materials.

  • Real Recycled and Recycled + Bloom™ materials are GRS Certified

  • These are derived from a single-source recycling/repurposing program utilizing EVA film originally used to cover greenhouses.

  • The EVA film is melted down when it is no longer used.  The melted EVA film is then extruded and pelletized to create the base material for the Real Recycled  foam.

  • Most recycled foams lose integrity when recycled due to contamination, but because single-stream clean recycling is used, the Real Recycled foam is at the top of the industry in performance and longevity. 

  • We continue to save thousands of KGs of EVA film from landfills every month

Quality footwear begins with quality material. Through our exclusive relationship with the Korean Institute of Footwear and Leather Technology (a leading research campus devoted to the innovation of footwear material), Dynamic Foam offers a range of custom foam and rubber compounds that are geared towards high performance, comfort, sustainability, and durability.

We have developed over 80 types of unique and proprietary formulations – allowing us to closely collaborate with our customers to customize material specifications to their needs and products. Materials are offered in the form of pellets and finished product.

The Real Recycled line of materials is Dynamic Foam’s latest innovation, revolutionizing underfoot performance. These are top of the line in quality and performance categories industry-wide. There are several materials containing post-consumer recycled EVA and recycled + bio content available to be used as branded or non-branded components.
